The Cary Theater in Cary, N.C., is hosting a Rough Cuts Review on Tuesday, January 16th, 2017.
The Rough Cuts Review provides film and video makers the chance to screen their work in front of a live audience and get immediate feedback about it. It’s free to submit your work and screen it at the theater as part of the Rough Cuts Review.
It’s also free to attend the Rough Cuts Review. Even if you’re not sharing your own work, the screenings are a great place to meet other film and video makers in the area. It’s really helpful to hear feedback from the audience, which you could apply to your own work.
From The Cary Theater:
Rough Cuts Review is an open screen night for North Carolina filmmakers. This series is an opportunity for local filmmakers to: show rough cuts of film works-in-progress and to engage in conversation with other local filmmakers and the public about the material. The evening’s discussions will be led by Joseph Partin, film and English professor at Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, N.C.
Filmmakers, submit your work to be included in the Rough Cuts Review by filling out the form on The Cary Theater website (scroll to the bottom of the page): thecarytheater.com/special-series.
